Rules & Regulations
For Your Safety, Privacy & Enjoyment
At Lowrys Countryside Campground, we want to not only meet but also exceed your expectations. Our park rules reflect our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction – please let us know if you have any questions about them ahead of or during your stay. When in doubt, we ask that you follow the Golden Rule: treat others as you would want to be treated.
To Be Observed At All Times
Park Rules
Lowrys Countryside Campground is privately owned and operated. The following rules and regulations are to be observed by all guests, including children. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Anyone who does not abide by these rules will be asked to leave.

Check In & Check Out
Check in for the park is 1pm to 5pm daily. Check out is by 11am. If available, late check out is by 3pm for a fee of $25. Late check out must be cleared in advance by the park office.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am daily. These quiet hours are to be observed in all areas of the park. Anyone making loud or disturbing noises in violation of park rules are subject to police investigation.

Drugs, Alcohol & Firearms
No illegal activity allowed. Drugs and drunk or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Alcohol may be consumed from bottles or cans within your designated campsite. When outside your site, all alcoholic beverages must be transferred to a plastic cup. No open carry firearms.

Pets
Pets with up-to-date rabies vaccinations are welcome. However, owners must clean up after their pets, keep them leashed at all times, and ensure they do not roam onto other lots. Pets cannot be tied up or left unattended outside, or left inside to bark or disturb others. Failure to follow these rules or any aggressive behavior will result in removal from the park.

Minors
No Minors are allowed to stay in the campground unattended. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of children.

Speed Limit
Please drive slowly. The park speed limit is 5 mph and is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of other guests, pets and children.

Golf Carts
Golf carts must be registered with the park office. In accordance with South Carolina law, only Licensed Drivers are permitted to drive in the park. If operated after sunset, carts must be equipped for night driving. Insurance is to be maintained on the golf cart to be operated in the park.

Parking
Only two passenger vehicles are allowed per site and must fit on your site. Autos are to be parked straight in the site, not sideways, and should remain on site pad.

Trash
Garbage is to be put into the dumpster located at the park entrance. The dumpster is for Lowrys Country Campground guests only. Sites should be kept in a neat manner at all times. A $25 clean up fee is assessed for sites kept or left in a poor or “trashed” manner.

Campfires
Ground campfires should only be placed in the provided area and never left unattended. All fires should be extinguished before leaving your site. On occasion fires may be prohibited due to hazardous fire conditions. Wood is available for purchase onsite; no outside firewood is permitted.

Grease & Oils
Absolutely no grease or oils should be disposed of through your grey or black tanks or dumped directly into the sewer system. You will be charged for any repairs required to the septic system and asked to leave immediately if caught dumping grease or oils.

Fireworks
Discharging of fireworks within the park is strictly prohibited.

Pond
Swimming and fishing in the pond is not permitted.

Sewer Donut
By law, you must have a sewer donut.

Clotheslines & Tarps
Clothing lines and tarps are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry facilities are available on-site for your convenience.
